"Everyone was so nice. I really appreciate the help with late check in and late shuttle service. I wish I could have stayed longer but I would definitely return. Thank you!"
"It is an older property and they seem to try and keep it as clean as possible but the roll around chair was dirty, the lounge chair was just old, tha bathroom was clean but the shower needed the grout cleaned and recalling, the bed was excellent and when I checked out there was no one around"
"Location was ok. The floor in the room was very sticky and dirty but you could smell fabuloso cleaner super strong (which gave me a headache), so I guess it was cleaned or maybe just wiped across the floor. The rest of the room seemed clean. The smoke alarm was disconnected a laying inside the drawer in the side table. The door didn’t latch whenever we would leave and realized after the 3rd time that I needed to pull hard to close completely. We were on 1st and it was very noisy early in the morning a little before 6:00am. Couldn’t tell what all the noise was but it was loud like machines running. Parking was easy."
"Staff was excellent however the whole facility was very run down for what I considered to be the Comfort Inn name. Paid $187 plus. A dirty rag on our bathtub, bathtub had rust and look like wet inner walls. Air Conditioner kept us up all night (possibly a bearing)... Kept on and off and sounded like a jet engine at takeoff! Elevator inside door was missing a cover. Breakfast"
"The check in was slow and I got up charged for a non smoking room. It was all in disrepair from lobby, parking lots were full of pot holes, bathrooms(shower curtain falling off, shower faucet leaking) and a poorly working air conditioner. Etc.It was a dump!"
"The pool was a toxic waste hole, there were razor blades in the stair well, the door to the bathroom in the lobby didn’t close, the lock in my room didn’t work, the tv had a giant black line through it making it unable to use, the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve tried to sleep on, the couch had cigarette burns in it."
