Chủ nhà thân thiện, tiện ích cơ bản phù hợp nhóm
Hai anh chị chủ nhẹ nhàng, thân thiện, chu đáo; khi về trời mưa chị chủ còn chuẩn bị cho hai chiếc áo mưa rất cẩn thận.
Phòng có tiện nghi cơ bản. Nhà vệ sinh rất sạch sẽ. Chăn gối cơ bản là sạch, nhưng phòng có thể sạch hơn nữa: Khi mình tới phòng rất hôi và có một chiếc chăn cũng hôi, nhưng chủ nhà nhanh chóng khắc phục nên khá ổn.
Rèm cửa không được kín lắm, không gian chung như sân vườn hơi hạn chế; khu dân cư về đêm hơi vắng và không phải đoạn nào cũng sáng đèn nên tối muộn nên ở trong phòng. Khu sinh hoạt chung hạn chế.
Nơi ở phù hợp cho nhóm bạn đi chơi đông hoặc người đi một mình.
