"The room was clean, but the halls and entryways were not. I saw some dead bugs in front of my door throughout my stay, and even though housekeeping passed by several times, none of them swept the hall. There were bags of trash outside the doors that were not picked up, and the balconies on the ground floor were not clean at all. Inside, no complaints, but outside could be better.
The liners stored for the sofa bed were not clean and it does not seem they had been washed in a while. It seems to me they just store them again without a proper wash.
The water temperature is good enough when it's sunny; if not, it will probably be cold, so a word of advice for parents with kids. Mostly, it should be fine. The pool areas are nice, the water is clean, and the service is great if you are in the main pool. However, if you are at the secondary pool, nothing is open even during scheduled hours, so good luck getting any food or drinks.
The staff is attentive and helpful, no issues there. The people are nice and great, but if you call the front desk, their AI does not understand what you are saying and is somewhat incompetent. I would rather speak with a human.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It's a nice area and big enough for walks."
