"Great staff and very clean "

"Check-in was poorly handled. We waited 40 minutes past our scheduled check-in time and would have waited longer if we had not gotten frustrated and contacted the front desk, which took several calls to get through. They were supposed to text us when the room was ready. When we got into our unit we had immediate problems with the internet connectivity. It took until the following afternoon before one issue could be resolved, although we different excuses as to why. I do want to thank Roy and Angel for the resolving the issue. They seemed to the only ones who knew how to resolve the issue. "

"Parking was easy and convenient, and the room initially appeared clean. However, it did not meet the expectations of a 3-star hotel. We reserved a room with an in-room hot tub separated by a glass door, but there was extremely poor airflow. After using the hot tub, we became sick within 24 hours—so much so that we had to stay in the room the entire next day. When we finally forced ourselves to go outside, we started to feel better, but once we returned to the room, the symptoms came back. The lack of ventilation was very concerning. The room also lacked adequate space to unpack clothes and personal items, which made the stay less comfortable. Customer service was another disappointment. We had booked a massage but needed to cancel due to being sick. After trying for hours to reach someone, we only received a response once we were already within the “late cancellation” window. While still unwell, I had to escalate the issue to management to get it resolved. When we eventually received the massage, it was mediocre at best, and the full package we paid for was not provided. The only positive part of the experience was the front desk staff at checkout, who were professional and gave us a $50 discount to partially make up for the inconvenience of not receiving the full massage package. Overall, due to the poor air circulation, negative health impact, and subpar service, We would not stay here again."

"Sheets stink, bed is 20 years old, mildew growing in the bathroom. Shower water was slightly on when checking in the room, Paint was peeling off from water damage, sliding glass door is barely hanging on. Rooms need a complete remodel. I don’t know how this place is still open. "

"Desert hot springs is what it is. An old semi run down but decent place to stay. The saving grace are the different temperature pools. The bar can also be fun and the food is good at the restaurant. Prices can vary greatly from day to day depending on weather and local events. The same room can be 88 dollars pne day or 280 the next. Book on line and save big money."

"I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The carpets throughout the property emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs."

"This place needs a make over and some! This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star prices - find somewhere else! We had an end unit with and the room had black out curtains - great for a good nights sleep… oh, but there’s another window that has a blind that lets the sun in at sunrise — go figure?! The bathroom is small and poorly appointed. Check in was terrible and slow - not enough staff on, even though they knew it would be busy. The adult pool is situated just below a nice patio that serves breakfast and brunch to all customers - those that could stand heavy house and trance blasting at 10+ would be the ones that are and stayed I guess. Paying this much for a room is daylight robbery. Very unhappy customer "
