"Did not honor any request on our reservation, wanted an interior entrance and they say none were available, parking lot was less than half full the whole night, probably not opening interior rooms so it should not be listed on their website. Also room smelled of smoke, supposed to be a nonsmoking room. Attendant when checked in was on his phone the whole time, not helpful for any requests on our reservation."
"Hotel was very clean and new. Rooms and bed were very comfortable. There is no breakfast but the value for the room is great. There is a kitchenette in the room and a regular size fridge. I would highly recommend staying here."
Hampton Inn & Suites California University-Pittsburgh
8/10 Good
"The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast did not disappoint, offering a variety of options to choose from. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. There were a number of items out of service such as the treadmills, vending and ice machines, and water fountains, but otherwise we were very pleased with the facility and will most definitely stay again."
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Washington
6/10 Okay
"The only reason why’d you pay that price is the location itself, and the lovely and fantastic staff that work as hard as they can to make up for their lack of vibe.
Dried blood on the sofa pillow, and bed pillow
A the suites aren’t worth it, it’s legitimately entirely small, just get the bed. Spent 587$ on a room that shares a singular tv that you can barely adjust, with a horrible microwave, no spoons, no forks, and a mirror for some reason that faces the bed directly so ur face to face with yourself when you leave, the toilet paper is ACROSS from the toilet meaning you’d have to bend down to lunge your body to reach it,
A fridge that could barely keep drinks cold, and no extra fitted sheets, legitimately we got a extra fitted sheets like a pack of it, but NONE of then fit the king sized bed, it genuinely just did not fit
breakfast is fine, kid you not if the breakfast wasn’t free i’d give it one,
The staff are The best part of the place , at the end of the day they’re people and they work hard to clean, super polite when i brought up complaints, but i’m sorry it’s just so mediocre for the price."
