"It was like a homeless encampment, it was horrible. The rug was so disgustingly dirty. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for a month. Everything was just nasty.My daughter is a cleaner.She cleans houses for a living.She was so disgusted. The microwave was dirty, trying to get a whole different staff to have new beds and sheets. Come up, left a message first sing in the morning. Ask them quice said he help him come up. We're gone all day, got back at five and there still hadn't made our beds are cleaned.Our room. I have taken many pictures because it was so disgusting. That cost me four hundred dollars of my hard earned money to stay.That place was disgusting"

"Check In was the worst I have ever had. I had to give her all my information that is normally on file when I book on line. She asked if I would be okay with a Accessible Room? I said no ,she put us in one anyway so I had to call and get her to give us another room. She then had us take everything out of that room then go get another key for the new room Only to find out it was right across from the room we had. Very frustrating."
