"I Booked to stay here last week. I was given directions to another unit in the worst part of Dungannon. as soon as I got in the suite smelled terrible and all the windows were open. There was Garbage left throughout the unit, Dirty towels (that smelled) left in the Dryer, Numerous fingerprints all over the walls, the hot water in the bathroom did not work. There was a moldy coffee capsule left in the instant coffee machine. I brought this to the owner's attention as soon as I arrived and let him...

"There was a door that did not have a lock on it on our side and there were people on the other side of that door that could have opened the door and could come into our accommodations. Felt unsafe!! There was also significant holes in the floor and loose floorboards. "

Our hosts Siobhan and John were such a lovely couple and we loved getting the chance to meet them. They made our stay so relaxed and comfortable we found it so hard to leave. "Loved the location, quiet and lovely grounds. Was quite far from any towns, so if that is important, it might be something to consider. Not enough towels. Tiny kitchen area. All bedrooms and the only bathroom were all up a huge flight of stairs and the beds were very uncomfortable. Very pricey for what was offered. Would get unaffordable quickly if you stayed for very long. But it was a lovely home in a lovely area and very quiet and clean. "

"Edwin was fantastic, he made us feel very welcome from the moment we got there. The property is beautiful and a short walk to a lovely lakeside look out where we watched the sunset (Edwin's recommendation). The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed chatting to Edwin each morning over the delicious breakfast he cooked us (with fresh bread and eggs from his gorgeous ducks!) and the meal easily sustained us throughout the day which was perfect. He always had recommendations for us and his knowledge and passion for Belfast and Ireland as a whole made us feel very proud to be visiting. Cannot recommend this farm stay enough, thank you so much Edwin! "
