Initial impression was of a tired building and decor. Understood later it was undergoing refurbishment and we saw good improvements. All facilities were exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had adequate choice and food cooked fresh to order. Staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and generously responsive to any particular needs.

Weather was gorgeous in coalville hotel was near the venue we were going too.staff were very helpful and really polite. Bedrooms were really clean. Car park great. Already booked for next year.

The car park was next to hotel room was clean with coffee and also bottles of water. Nice selection for breakfast but not much selection for evening meal .But because the information in the room wasn't updated it said the restaurant was closed and didn't find out till the last night.
