They are extremely aware and helpful in guiding about the city and neighborhood. Junior at the concierge is an absolutely gem 💎. You ask him and he will give you the best information. Rooms are good. Steam and Spa is good. Only one thing, 2 keys one for lift and one of room is little uncomfortable. Breakfast is nice and good variety. "
