"A Wonderful Stay Thanks to Excellent Customer Service
My husband and I have stayed at Hotel UNIPARK every year for the past 10 years. During our last three visits, we were assigned rooms with disappointing views. On our most recent stay, our first room had a serious water leak, and the staff promptly moved us to another room.
When they asked whether the new room was comfortable, I honestly explained that the bathroom was ridiculously small, making it difficult for us to sit on the toilet without bumping into the sink. The staff listened to our concerns and moved us to a comfortable room with a beautiful view, where we spent a wonderful week.
The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. Most importantly, they made us feel comfortable sharing our concerns and acted quickly to resolve them.
I hope the hotel will pay closer attention to room maintenance, bathroom size, and room assignments. Nevertheless, I truly appreciate the staff's professionalism and willingness to listen. They turned a disappointing start into a wonderful stay.
