"I was here on a solo trip for the last few days of my trip for my birthday. One of the hotel staff brought me a cake greeting me happy birthday on the day of and I was very greatful for it. The room was cleaned and replaced with towels daily. The bellhop staff were very helpful with briging my luggage to my room and also loading up my uber with my luagges. Staff overall was very friendly and welcoming."

"while the trip from the airport to the hotel was surprising long due to traffic, everything else was good. Room was quiet and spacious, had breakfast at 5 (i think breakfast starts as early as 4am) and it took like 12 minutes for us to get to the airport in the morning on the 5:30 shuttle, which provides more than sufficient time for our 8am flight."

"The best things about this hotel was the staff —super helpful and kind, plus the location was excellent! Super close to everything in Miraflores. Walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, stores, etc. The hotel itself was ok. It was clean. The breakfast buffet was fine—the cafecito con leche delicious, as was the fresh fruit and the bread, but the hot food was usually dried out or hard. The service staff were very helpful and very responsive. Our shower was clogged the first day and they came up to fix it right away, even offered to switch our room if it did not get fixed. We did use the gym one day, it was a tiny space and the machines were pretty dated. It did the job though. The only bad thing was one morning we were awoken by the fire alarm, thank goodness it was a false alarm, but it was scary, it would have been helpful if there was a PA system for them to announce that it had been a false alarm. Other than that small hiccup, everything else was to our liking. I would stay here again. Thanks!"
