"The stay was good/very good. The breakfast was very nice and the Breakfast worker was VERY EFFICIENT. Bridget who I checked in with was good. The view of the river and two bridges was really nice too. My ONLY issue with the stay was I booked on hotels.com CLEARLY a room with two queens and one king bed. I even showed Brigit the worker at the front desk that was how I booked it and where it said that on the hotel page. She claimed there were NO ROOMS like that despite the website CLEARLY having me pay for 2 queens and 1 king. It forced me to sleep on the window ledge which clearly was not comfortable at all. I had a NON-REFUNDABLE reservation so nothing could be done despite being fraudulently advertised. I don’t know if that is on Microtel or the manager, but that is not right. The other 7 days of our vacation, we ALWAYS had 2 queens and a pullout king and that is what I paid for, expected, but did NOT get."
