Pueden mejorar!!!

El Hotel no es tan malo, pero podrían mejorar sus habitaciones, me dieron una que olía mal y sus paredes muy deterioradas, pedí que me la cambiaran y fueron accesibles en hacerlo, fue el único detalle que tuve, de ahí en fuera todo estuvo muy bien!!!

Pésimo servicio de reservación.

Cuando llegue no había reservación, y no había cuartos disponibles, tuve que ir a buscar otro hotel. Muy mal servicio en la app de Booking no sucede ésto, respetan tu reservación.

Nice place to stay

Nice hotel, well decorated throughout the public areas. The attached resturant served very tasty food but be forewarned.. the burgers are huge. We missed the free breakfast as we just had a one night stay with an early leave. The bedroom was nice and large, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom in the room was questionable.. def the shower needs updating and the step out towel in front of the shower looked like it had already been stepped on a few times before we got there. The water pressure was great as well as the hot water temp. There wasnt much outside but around the corner there is an OXXO. At night the room was quiet and dark. Didnt get any pictires as the hours we were there went fast. Nice people in reception and the resturant.

Solo que yo había reservado por internet y no se registró y el día 11 que ya tenía que llegar hablé horas antes para checar mi reservación y tampoco estaba y solicite que me lo registrarán y tampoco la hicieron y cuando llegué al hotel tampoco estaba. Solo nada más eso

Ojo con los detalles de la habitacion

La limpieza del lugar es buena. Pero deberian tener un poco mas de cuidado el colchon es super incomodo ya deberian cambiarlos!

Hola es la primera vez que me pasa con hoteles . Cóm , al llegar al hotel me dijieron que no había habitación dispoiy que su plataforma no estaba disponible con hoteles . Com , tuve que buscar otro hotel por mí cuenta y no se si me cobraron ustedes, la habitación, hoteles . Cóm, tampoco resuelve dudas en ese momento
