"The room was nice but parking was not convenient and the staff was not friendly or helpful then they kept my deposit and charged extra when cc from hotels.com didn’t work with notifying me there was a problem. We will not stay here agan"

"The hotel needs updating. In our room stains were noted on the carpet along with wear and tear of the furniture. We were woken up at 300 in the morning by other guest yelling, laughing and slamming doors until after 4am. I called to the front desk to report the disturbance but was told they will call the police department if they received a second complaint. I would not recommend this hotel at all!"

"Breakfast had a good selection, the room was large for a family of 6. Great location for food and shopping as well. Would use again"

"Honestly, this was the most uncomfortable sleep I’ve had in a long time. We got a suite because there were 4 adults and a toddler. We attempted to use the pullout bed but it was AWFUL. It wasn’t even comfortable to sit on as a couch. Plus, the windows were so thin we could hear all the cars racing up and down the street. No thank you. "

"This was a nice hotel. Close to the ballpark which was nice. I wish the staff told you about paying to park. The signs are small and very easy to miss. Not a big deal to pay just wish the staff would say something."
