"The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. We did miss having a coffee maker in our room and outlets on the wall by the desk."
"We love staying here when visiting our daughter at UW Platteville. The facility is very clean and peaceful. The price always stays the same even when there are big events at the college and other local hotels raise their prices."
"The exterior of the motel looks old and it is on the outside only! An old Wisconsin motel. My room had a new bathroom with walk- shower, toilet and sink. Everything had been painted on the inside. There was a fridge with a small freezer included, as well as WiFi. The mattress was most comfortable and clean as I always check. The price was $65 each night including tax in August. I was here for 6 nights to see the 8 plays at American Players Theatre. The motel is about 25 minutes from there. It was also very quiet. There was a tv but I never turned it on."
"Standard room, bed was comfortable, shower was good. Coffee maker was dirty on the inside. We we close to public laundry and exit door, so you hear people talking. Breakfast was cold, rubbery scrambled eggs, room temperature sausage patty, and surprised yogurt was from NY, sad for being in the dairyland. Gas station next door was nice. Air conditioner takes a while to cool the room. Overall not a bad stay for a night. A lot of guests were employees who are working on highway construction. They have issues parking their vehicles and having an indoor voice. Didn't use other amenities but we brought our dog. We booked through Expedia and wish we could select on there we have a dog and can pay on there. Tired from driving and having to wait almost ten minutes to check dog in separately. I hope they see this and say, yes we should it's 2026 and we have the technology."
"What a nice surprise in Spring Green! The property is clean, well maintained and has wonderfully friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Daniela was awesome and gave us many suggestions for enjoying our time in the area. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed one of the best nights of sleep we’ve had in quite a while."

If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, a holiday rental can provide a sense of seclusion away from public hotel lifts and lobbies bustling with people while still allowing you to travel.
