Overall, I'm very satisfied with my time at Aliana. Despite having bad luck with the weather, the views were fantastic and the staff very friendly and at a reasonable price.
I had an overnight train from Hanoi and I very much appreciated the early check in option (8am or so!)
Also, in addition to keeping my luggage in the hotel for an additional 8 hours past check out, I was able to take a shower after the day's excursions. It was a game changer. Would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking for a cosy getaway with great views.

Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.
