"Perefectly clean room and artistically decorated. The amenities are excellently provided like fresh & clean towels everyday & toiletries. Very clean beddings which are very comfortable. The buffet breakfast were so good with variety of selections that fills us up to the brim! And most especially the staff are very welcoming, nice amd helpful from the time we arrived to the time we left. The hotel is superbly well located. Andvwe had a room with the full view of the beach. The lady staff(reception) was very helpful in giving us advice and suggestions in our activity for the day. If it's not for her we were not able to get our activities fulfilled with so much satisfaction with her very helpful advise. And of course, Yordan has given us a huge help in sorting out our pre-booked airport transport by patiently calling for us with lots of connections & long process. He has lifted a great stress from me. And he just pleasurely gave us a big friendly smile when he managed to sort it out. Muchos gracias Casual pop art hotel. It was a great & pleasureable stay. "The View and The Receptionist Tony Is awesome Fantastic view,location,bus stop few step away and the old town, restaurants and supermarket few steps away .. Easy to find If you are going to commute : bus 1 is just outside the tram station , Alsa Bus station have bus stops 1,2,3 etc and if you prefer a tram is accross the street of estacion the bus benidorm ,if you are going to benidorm city center "
