"Very nice spa hotel with extra helpful staff and wonderful service. The room was very hot with no AC on entry, but a fan was provided and opening the window allowed fresh air in which cooled the room over night. There was a balcony with a beautiful view of the castle. A bottle of wine along with two chocolates and a welcome drink at the bar were offered on arrival, and a bag with water and snacks was provided when leaving. Delicious drinks at the bar as well. I also utilized the swimming pool...

We paid extra for a river view room, but were very disappointed to find a scaffolding tower to the side of our balcony blocking half the view. The room was set back from the front of the hotel and so the remaining view was limited (Room 501).
