The security personnel were approachable and informative, offering helpful insights into nearby locations. The airport transfer driver was equally commendable, providing efficient and supportive service, including assistance with my luggage. At the front desk, Riya exemplified outstanding hospitality—consistently courteous, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. Across the property, the staff maintained a welcoming attitude, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere. This being my first stay at a Marriott property in Kerala—following previous experiences in Singapore—it fully met my expectations in terms of service quality and overall experience. The only minor concern was the automated blinds, which appeared to operate unpredictably at times, causing slight discomfort. Aside from this, the stay was thoroughly enjoyable."

"I would strongly advise against staying here. The condition of the room was unacceptable and did not match the photos online at all. The pillow had a visible blood stain, and the single towel provided was ripped down the middle. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor, to the point where I did not feel comfortable staying. I checked out after only a few hours. The listing photos are very misleading, and this was a deeply disappointing experience."

"Staff was very supportive. But the room was not having any ameneties like AC, hotwater etc. When enquired they told its the issue with Expedia. The room was not clean. Felt very uncomfortable. Will never opt for this facility again."
