Freshly caught lobsters and seafood, and the best gourmet breakfasts and dinners prepared by the owners. We shared laughs, stories, and karaoke in the evenings with other guests. "Ataraxia is a peaceful and beautiful place hidden between jungle and sea. Saw plenty of wild life both on land and at sea. The food was delicious and the owners and staff always teady to go the extra mile to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Would come back a hundred times if i could. "Wonderful property. We were able to dive in the water right outside our door off the deck. Mandy and PJ are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was awesome. Food nearby was awesome. The only knock I would have is that across the channel, the clubs in Bocas Town are loud until 2 AM. Fortunately, Mandy and PJ provide white noise sound bars in the room. We would definitely come back!"

"Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is right on the water. It is on a smaller, more secluded island, which is only a 2 minute boat taxi from the main island. The hosts were attentive, they helped us book day tours around the different islands. The food served at the restaurant was delicious and well worth eating there. There is a very chilled atmosphere in the hotel which is ideal for the island feeling. We spent a lot of time in the pool, it was clean and fresh, overlooking the ocean and some amazing sunsets. Overall, we had a wonderful time with the wonderful hosts. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a few days in paradise. "
