It truly isn't oceanfront. Their is a path to the beach though.

If you have seen our Hampton advertised as oceanfront, we would love to know where so we can correct that. It does not benefit us or our guests to misrepresent our hotel's location.Safe travels,

Very easy accessibility to the beach with also the amenities and access to the pool. Check in was easy due electronic sign in, but limited exposure with front desk staff and pool bar staff was poor.

I booked this place because it says ocean front. I thought that meant on the beach, but NO! You have about a 1/4 mile to hike to get there! Not returning to this facility. Plus they changed for parking!!!! I will NEVER EVER come back to this place! Only one small room with two queen beds for 750 dollars for two nights! Won’t be back! This was our 40th wedding anniversary and although I tried to get my wife on the beach, she just couldn’t get there and back! Oh well, I will call the next place I plan to take her before I book!!!!!!

Darrell, I am terribly sorry to hear you had a disappointing stay with us. We try to be clear in our advertising that we are on the beachside of the street, not oceanfront. The walkway to the beach is 100 yards from our outdoor pool. I am terribly sorry that our location did not meet your expectations.

Our door to balcony did not seal could see daylight though it so bug came in and wind would blow and whistle right through our room all night. The bed was hard as a rock.

The front desk staff is AWESOME, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are bit tired. It’s becoming more common for beach type hotels to have synthetic tile flooring and no rugs. The carpets in this hotel room were worn and should be replaced or better yet removed in favor of tile etc.,The gross part was the toilet had feces marks left behind by the previous guests. The view was nice from our room that although it overlooks the parking lot also presented a view of the ocean and a beautiful sunrise. We were also able to see the pool from our balcony. The AC unit was on the noisy side and did disturb our sleep so much I was forced to turn it off. Luckily we were able to keep the balcony door opened a crack to keep the fresh air flowing. The hotel definitely needs some TLC and it’s not a cheap hotel so I guess I was expecting a bit of a nicer building. Again the front desk staff was very nice, very friendly, and truly kind.

The beach was so far to walk to, the ocean “view” is so far you can barely see, the advertisement was very deceiving. I never could get the wifi to work- it said the certificate was for 114 days in the future and the connection was unsafe so my mac wouldn’t connect. I asked for it to be fixed but no one could help me. Very disappointing stay. I won’t stay there again.

Daytime staff were amazing - shout out to Carla for her help! Evening person was not friendly at all - our flight was majorly delayed and we arrived at 3:00 am and it seemed we were putting her out. Very nice rooms but proble wouldn’t stay again because of the late check in experience.

Great property with good amenities. They are next on the beach side, next to courtyard that gives you access to their pool and jacuzzi. We also took a ride by the main Hilton where you can enjoy their Tiki bar with entertainment. Overall great impression. Staff was very friendly, helpful, not the least smiling faces.

Hello Scottie, I am so sorry to hear you felt as though our staff was rude. This kind of feedback is very atypical for the front desk staff here. I do apologize that your friend was unable to check in upon arrival because the reservation was not in her name. She also did not have a valid ID, so we could not proceed any further until your arrival due to these security concerns. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but for obvious reasons we do take our guests' safety very seriously.
