We arrived to be told the bar/restaurant opened at 5... we went out to eat to be told the bar/restaurant was closed for renovations ???? We had booked this hotel because of the facilities on site so was very disappointed..we paid a resort fee just to use the pool?? Very poor

We stayed here the night before our cruise and it was great. We had 1 room and up to 5 people are able to stay in room with roll away bed. We arrived from the airport early and they let us check in. The pool was central to all rooms and they offer pool towels as well. They have a restaurant on site but we were not able to check it out due to being tired from traveling. I would stay here again.

The staff were amazing and professional. The printer was broken and immediately a manager came, offered her email and wanted to fix our problem. The rooms are not luxe but they are clean. The AC works well. Toilet and tub are cramped but pretty standard. The one challenge we had was with guests smoking immediately outside the room and the smoke getting taken up by our AC. But that isn’t something the staff could fix. Breakfast was standard but good. Waffles, yogurt, eggs, sausage, cereal, breads etc I loved it.

We asked for the shuttle service to the cruise port. When I asked how much if would be, I was told a small fee would be applied. I checksd my bank statement and it was $40! I could've taken an uber for $17! Also, there was aa extra $50 fee placed on my card that was supposed to be refunded at checkout. I have yet to recieve that.

we returned from our day trip at 5pm on the first day of our stay and were surprised and extremely disappointed that the room had not been cleaned at all. After enquiring at the front desk we were told that we would have had to have requested cleaning. We checked out early and did not stay for the 2nd night even though it was reserved and paid for.

Liked it for closeness to Port Canaveral. Like the pool, the was breakfast included! Did not like washer and dryer they need to up date them but all in all a good place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our week around the nice large pool (deep enough for adult to paddle) & easy walk to beach & amenities. 3 restaurants very close & more within walking distance as well! The daily breakfast could use a bit of variety & an extra helper to clean tables on busy cruise mornings!

Friendly staff, easy walk to the beach. Beautiful inside and out! Did not go swimming but the swimming area was beautiful and large! Did not experience any issues at all! great place to stay at!

The property is in a good location. The room was adequate but the floors were filthy. The bottom of our feet were black! Bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok but crowded. They ran out of food.
