"It’s definitely an older slightly run down motel more than hotel. The carpet thought was dingy and musty smelling. Our room smelled slightly of urine. Calling them Suites is an elaboration. It was 2 conjoined rooms with a small 4’ counter & mini fridge. It was fine for our overnight before our cruise but I wouldn’t not stay more than 1 night"

"We stayed at the Best Western Cocoa Beach Hotel for one night and while the location was very convenient and close to the beach, the hotel itself was disappointing for the price. At around $300 per night, I expected a much nicer and better-maintained property. The hotel felt more like an older roadside motel than a typical Best Western hotel. The overall structure and appearance were outdated and not what I was expecting. The breakfast selection was okay, with enough options to get by, but nothing special. One of the biggest issues was cleanliness. The bathrooms did not appear to be properly cleaned, which made the stay feel uncomfortable. The location is definitely the best part of this hotel, but overall, I would not stay here again because I do not think it was worth the price."

"the property is old but I would have been ok, but the room smelled musty, the bathroom floor was sticky, there were spots of some type of liquid in bathtub, there was damage to the door lock (an actual hole in the lock). there appeared to be people who lived at the hotel and not just vacationers. the entire hotel was sketchy. i only booked it because it had the wyndam name associated with it. we walked in the room didn't even take luggage, left and grabbed dinner. While at dinner we decided we couldn't return and decided to find another hotel, so i texted the hotel back that the room was unacceptable and we needed to cancel get a refund, they responded and said they were sorry and since we booked through a 3rd party we had to call them to cancel and they would call the hotel to give them approval to cancel, the call with Expedia did not go well at all and they said to call Monday to speak to manager, which I couldn't because I was on a cruise without wifi. I will try to call again this Monday and speak to the manager. It's been a disappointing experience. Marie Toney"

"Stayed in room 813.. Rooms was very outdated..bathroom is old .. different color lights bed side lights..broken switch in bathroom (may be fire hazard) .. kids lazy pool is good and breakfast was decent. Won’t recommend anyone !"
