It was perfect for us, the owner Dino was a super host and upgraded us to a better room with a terrace, had fresh new baked croissants every morning and also made us cappuchini. "Beautiful location. The Trullos are unique. Sleeping under a dome is very relaxing. The bedrooms could do with more shelving. Had to leave clothes in luggages on the floor. In the off season, each individual Trullo pool is unheated. I was still able to swim my laps in 20 degrees water. Quite invigorating! Others might not venture at this temperature. "Had an amazing experience at this beautiful property right in the heart of the city. The staff was amazing both Giuseppe & Emio were so kind & welcoming. Gave us instructions on parking ahead of time. They also gave us the best food recommendations - the pasta right across from our place was the best we had during our trip. Stroll the streets and find the mojito bar ! The room was clean with a balcony that looked over the bridge which was great for people watching. We will definitely be coming back, thanks so much for having us ❤️"

"The hotel is very nice, it is 3km to town where most restaurants are. Rooms are clean, beds and shower are great. Our issue was the room locks. Every day we came back, our key cards would not work. Had to walk back to the hotel front desk twice to get the cards reprogrammed and they still didn’t work. They had to rebuilt the lock the first day, the next day, same thing happened. Very frustrating "

"Free and secure parking was available. Breakfast was quite adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent; it was within walking distance of the city center. We left the car at the hotel and explored everywhere on foot. We didn't have much time, so we didn't get a chance to experience the spa and pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
