"The room itself was fine. The bathroom had water damage on the door and they had painted over it. The towel rack was rusty. And they had caution tape around the pillars outside because apparently the underneath of the top patio thing had fallen and was rusted. It was definitely not as nice as the pictures depicted, but on the upside, there was plenty of parking and it was close to everything."

"Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom seemed recently remodeled. Staff was great, restaurant was delicious. Only downside was that there was not a playground. It looks like they might be putting in a new structure."

"basically a grimy old motel with lipstick on it. loud, dirty and ridiculously over-priced with poor service. if you were there on a warm day, maybe the pool experience would be worth it for kids, but just to spend a nice evening in Flagstaff, this is an over-priced choice that will disappoint if you expect it to be like the pics and more than just a run down old motor lodge with a couple bells and whistles added in the common areas"

"We had an amazing stay here! The price was very reasonable for the amenities. Nice property with great gym and rooms. They have great breakfast with a few gluten free options which was super nice to see. Will stay here again for sure."
