"We had a lovely weekend! Food was fantastic (was a treat to have room service), the room was quiet and CLEAN. Great staff!"

"Our television did not work properly with the cable setup. The front desk clerk came up to try to fix it, but could not, so we didn't have television for an evening. It turns out that the television had to be replaced. We understand that is not the hotel's fault and appreciate the quick replacement. The new television worked fine."
