"Wonderful stay. Checked in on a Thursday and out on Sunday. Our room did NOT get serviced once. We left Friday, told the Person in house keeping to service our room, we were leaving for the day, she said, “okay.” Came back late that night, and room did not get serviced. Called the front desk and talked to them, we had to go and get fresh towels and coffee. Saturday, I called the front desk when we were leaving for the day and specifically asked them to service the room because it wasn’t done the day before, she said, “okay.” Came back late that night and room was not serviced again. Called down stairs and we had to go down and get fresh towels and coffee again. "

"The front desk young lady was so patient with the people ahead of me that were checking in. They asked for multiple changes to their several rooms. I was impressed with how kind she was! Also, the breakfast was awesome!!! We had to eat right at 6:00 am on Saturday, and breakfast was hot and ready!!!! Good job!!!"
