This property stood up to its name. Our 3 day 2 nights stay was very comfortable. The location is convenient, very accessible with plenty of parking and a gas station right opposite to the property. The staff is well informed and very friendly. The continental style breakfast had good options. The room was spacious, clean, well decorated. I would highly recommend this place if you are planning to stay closer to the Courd De'alene lake, Silverwood theme park (30 min drive).

Quiet location. Pool was very clean. Towels provided. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. The entire hotel is being remodeled. Hopefully there’s a full length mirror going into the rooms when they’re done. Hubby put a suitcase over the nightlight that wouldn’t turn off next to the bed. Shines right on you.

Booked last minute got a very nice clean room but a sticky floor. Probably from too much cleaner. Fresh cookies in the lobby very helpful gentleman at the desk. Luggage rake was small and a little difficult to maneuver but the in room amenities were great

Our stay was good. Felt safe, staff was great & very helpful (we needed more towels as there were 3 of us in the room. Also asked for towels for the pool. They were quick & responded immediately). Breakfast was good, standard hotel breakfast but plentiful. They were in the middle of remodeling but they were quiet. A lot of the excess building material in the parking lot. Overall a good stay. *a couple of requests: shelves by the sink & hooks in the bathroom. Space was very limited by the sink and no place to put towels. Also the bathroom there was limited space to put my clothes, towels etc & I didn't want to put them on the floor. Decorating flaw.

The property was clean and the staff very nice. The TV didn’t work. The desk clerk tried to fix it but couldn’t. The air conditioner’s fan sounded raspy most of the time. Hard to sleep with the noise it made. The pet area is very small and very overgrown with weeds. The breakfast was good and day staff very nice. The staff was receptive to resolving the issues.
