When I made the reservation I looked for 1st floor option and it didn't specify. When I got here there wasn't a first floor available. Staff were wonderful and tried to accommodate. Would have liked to know. Getting knee replacement and stairs are difficult. Usually on the booking information it says for a ground floor or 2nd floor. I looked and didn't see the information. Wrongly assumed there was only one floor.

Air conditioner didnt work, there was blood on the pillows, ants in the bes, refrigerator was leaking

Unfortunately not the best experience at this hotel.
Were overbooked and wanted to cancel my reservation upon arrival after a 12 hour travel day close to midnight. Their solution was to "call around" - not a solution when you are in the middle of nowhere and not from the area.
The room itself was downgraded from 2 queens to a single king. The room itself was fine, a bit dated but passable considering the options available at the time.

At 7 am in the morning the maid knocks on my door waking me up and causing my service dog to be very alert and not let me get more sleep. Then the same maid was going to every room around me letting the dorms slam making it to where i couldn't sleep. My previous stay was fantastic but this one was truly disappointing.
Shower didn’t work we had to stick a finger up the faucet to pull down the chain so the shower would work…. no continental breakfast available and the biggest issue was people were gathered at the front door under the awning sitting in a circle ALL SMOKING! Couldn’t get to the front door except to go through the smoking circle! Apparently this is accepted behavior for a smoke free hotel for their guests and staff to greet them in the smoking circle! For those of us who do NOT smoke this was unacceptable!!

Book in was a trouble, was booked int Three room at once , then contacted three time though the night to find out which room we where in , at 11.30 then 2.00 then 3.30 in the morning
The lady at the front desk was amazing help. Im sorry I didnt get your name ma'am. Clean, good price, comfortable bed.
