Room was spotless however some aspects were looking tired. Nice and quiet Toilet seat was smaller than toilet rim I found the mattress too firm however my husband loved it. No shampoo provided

Charlesworth Bay Beach Resort
The first room we were assigned seemed like it hadn't been used in a very long time. It smelled, light bulbs missing, remotes to TVs were dead, AC didn't work.
