"We STRONGLY NOT recommend this Hotel. When we arrived it was pouring rain and it took hotel attendant more than 20 minutes to walk us one by one with the smallest umbrella ever to the reception area. Obviously we were drenched. We met the Owner that charged us an extra $100 dollars in cash for 2 rooms with AC because we had mistakenly reserved the rooms with no AC. The smaller rooms toilet and AC wasn’t working. "The whole staff are amazing, helpful, and so nice. Stayed here 4 times and unless booked will only stay here. Recommend the Patron Margarita by Domi… She is bet if best.. Frank the owner on site all time never know but he and wife there at anytime if needed. Best spot in Puerto Plata and Sosua HANDS DOWN!!!"
