"Terrible stay, we had two rooms both toilets kept flushing all night, staff said that was normal. The ac unit was ridiculously loud. Rooms were not clean just looked and felt dirty, literal hair all on the shower, stuck to the curtain on and in the toilet. Beds were at least hairless we think, but we all slept on top of everything. and there were kids running up and down the halls starting at 6 am we couldn’t sleep at all. And cleaning people were literally at our doors waiting by 10am when check out was 11, not the greatest experience at all. "

"Overall, we had a decent stay. The hotel is old—and it shows—but they appear to maintaining the entire hotel. Upgrades would make this more enticing, especially in the pool/sauna area. Our room was quiet even outside of the pool area. Breakfast was good, hot and fresh."

"For being on a newly renovated floor our sink outside the bathroom did not work. The shower drain did not work, we had to put something under it so it would drain when we showered. Not enough outlets. When you have 4 people in a room with phones, watches etc to charge. Seems like it was a superficial upgrage with no thought or checking before rooms were rented. "

"The room was large and had 2 full bathrooms. However, we had one king bed for 5 people to sleep in. No extra pillows or blankets to sleep in a chair. 3 of the washcloths were stained. "

"I would describe the hotel and our experience as completely average. The room and bathroom were clean enough, bed was comfortable enough, the breakfast was just ok and was out of bagels, butter and salt by 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning. I felt the rate of $186/night was pretty high for the average experience. "

"Definitely not an updated property. Carpets we’re stained in several places, but overall the hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly. About 10pm I had to go to the front desk because there were ants in the sheets. Staff came and replaced all the bedding. About midnight something mechanical started running(sounded like á generator). It ran for several minutes. Then about 545am, someone was doing laundry in the next room and I could hear the washer spinning. Definitely not a quiet place. The bed was comfortable and a good shower. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the ants. They did not have any other rooms, so I had to stay in my room. I was hoping for a bit of a discount on the room because of the ant issue, but no, I was still charged full price."
