Bridget was the most pleasant and helpful. She made the experience so pleasant. We had a mosquito situation outside the hotel, in the lobby and even in our room. She immediately got pest control to our room. And explained that the fumigation triggered the situation. The issue was not big compared to how she handled it professionally. We loved the breakfast. Rooms were clean and perfect. We felt very welcomed. Our kids loved the property and Bridget :)

The hotel is is fantastisk, with very good foood restorant, bars and open area. The staff is amazing and very helpfull, and the hotel have fantastic big , clean modern rooms.

The breakfast buffet at Pavillion restaurant was great and tasty with choice of sounth indian and continental. The Staff at the restuarant was very helpfull and the service was great. The Residency Towers is our choice for stay in Combatore.

Good place to stay and nice service but rare restaurants near by hotel. Every night I had few choice for the food inside three restaurants. If you stay longer than 5dsys, please consider.

Used to be the gold standard in Coimbatore but has become outdated and falling apart. My room didn’t have hot water and the shower wasn’t working well. The floor/ wall edges have broken off. Food is below average with the menu not up to a star hotel standard. Wish they pay attention to maintaining the rooms. The best part of this hotel are their people and service - still top notch and customer focused.
