"This was advertised as a 4 * hotel. Certainly it had facilities like a pool, fitness room and bar but the bar menu was mediocre. My biggest disappointment was the standard of furnishing. Seats with stained upholstery, no additional cushions on the chairs which were very wide and difficult to feel comfortable on if you are short. The bedding for the sofa bed was poor. I do not consider an Eleclerc basic pillow satisfactory for 4 *. The innards had separated into bits. The quilts were equally poor quality. We had hoped for better in a suite. Finally the breakfast was also disappointing. Limited choice.....and we were there early ...nothing labelled e.g. how to make or choose a drink and no staff to ask ...we have had better in 2 * accommodation."

"The staff was really nice, especially Joy in the breakfast room, and, at the front desk, Nathalie, Anthony and a very nice brown-haired lady whose name I should have asked for. She was working at the reception on Thursday evening (May 21st). It's always the people who make the difference, and these people obviously care for the customers. Thank you so much for having made my weekly stay with you extremely pleasant! Hope to be back one day. Louise (Québec)"

"Very nice staff, perfect room (we have been upgraded as we requested 2 simple beds) and it was way better than excepted. The room was very clean, nice set up with a good bathroom. The only issue was on the breakfast ast there was not a lot of choice and on the second day at 9.30 it was empty we had to wait for them to refill everything (which is not ideal when you are in a urge). But everything else was perfect, the location near the train station was ideal, the neighbourhood is very quiet and we don't hear cars."
