"When I arrived to Machu Picchu they told me I could not ck in because they had problem with the water system. They had found me a different hotel to stay in which I accepted because I had no other option. This place did not meet my expectations. Do not reserve this place."

"1.Excellent river view. 2.Close to train station, bus station to Macchu Picchu, restaurants. 3.Friendly staff. 4.The only thing I would like to point out is they did do room service every day. We stayed there more than one night. We had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels after we run out of them. We were at 5th floor, a lots of leg work...you know."
