This was the first family holiday experience with our kids really we enjoyed for every single thing very clear quite place we can’t wait to back again summer time.
A very clean, comfortable and spacious caravan, well equipped. The site was quiet, the shop was reasonably well stocked, pool and bar area clean and staff friendly
The accommodation was spotless. Very comfortable bed, nice crisp bed linen. Loved the welcome pack. All staff went out of their way to be helpful. Loved the pool. Basic tasty food at the Muddy duck. So quiet and peaceful. A haven of nature, full of birdsong. Would definitely stay again. Very good value for money
This luxury caravan which could sleep 6 adults was superb. Four of us ladies stayed there and we were all very impressed with the cleanliness and fitting out of the caravan. So much thought in providing everything we coyld need for a relaxing and pleasant 3 days.
Well maintained, clean and fun, for business trip. Cabin was very clean, filled with all the comfort of home. As working nights, appreciated the calm and peacefulness. Good food - enjoyed a steak one night, really good. Great staff too, bang on.
All was good thank you. Nice n warm n clean. The only thing we struggled a little with, was the lack of hand towels and soap in the two toilets as this was a surprise...
The TriBeCa accommodation is beautiful and hot tub area very private. Kitchen has all necessities inc dishwasher but imo should have a coffee machine or something to make filter coffee's. Roll top bath and in master bedroom a nice touch but the tv was not working on my visit I have rebooked to go in march so hopefully it will be fixed by then. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Area is quiet and peaceful.
The carvan was Nothing like described. I was very basic and needs a lot of TLC. The carpet was stained and dirty the pillows on the sofa dirty and fraying. The photos online and the actual accommodation are worlds apart. My partner is a dont complaint guy so we didnt. It was somewhere to rest thats it. But woukd never stay again. The park is very quite and on a lovely location near the beach. What a shame the van let down the park as a whole.

If your looking for a basic weekend break..
Overall the caravan was basic, the kitchen was well equipped and the little welcome back of kitchen essentials such as washing up liquid and dish clothes was a nice touch. They probably would benefit from adding a couple of dusters and some form of polish or antibac cleaner, so you could do a thorough dusting to avoid walking into cobwebs and surface dust. I wont upload the photo of the wipe with dust collated on it!
We were only staying two nights it was not as shown in the pictures in fact nothing like the advertised pictures inside the caravan, if your booking this stay you really need to be thinking basic caravan style, the pool was warm and its not huge so felt over crowded at times, and the club house, well we only visited when going to the pool but its tiny compared to others we have seen in.
If your looking for a basic couple of nights and a basic caravan park/stay then this is idea, just take some cleaning products to freshen up the areas you can socks/slippers.

So so
We booked an 8 berth superior mobile home. It was okay. Close to main entrance. No front deck but a side deck with a table and chairs to seat 4 people. It was clean and tidy with fresh linen although the smell of damp dog was very strong! Everything in good working order but one of the windows didn't fit the space properly and was letting cold air in. A good site with everything obviously well maintained and cared for. We arrived at 6pm and the reception was closed. We followed the out of hours instructions as per the notice on the door but no-one answered the phone or returned our call until the next day! Thankfully we found an email from hotels.com with a code to access our key, otherwise we would have been stranded. Google says site is open until 7pm but no-one available to help at 6pm, so just be aware.
The property is advertised as being much better and allows you to choee your room options. We picked a big spacious 8 berth with a bath and a on suite. On arrive it was a very small cramped 3 bed, no bath just a tiny shower room which was not ideal with a 1 year old and a 2 year old. One of the bedrooms you could not open the wardrobe as the bed was against it. The master bedroom was very small thag the bed was bacially touching either wall so no space for a cot.
We did complain to guest services and they seen to be aware that stays are being advertised for better than they are. They offered us another 3 bedroom that did have a bath but everything else was worse.
We also used the cooker to try to make a shop brought pizza, 2 hours later pizza was cooked on top but soft dough on the bottom.
The park itself seemed maintained and very quite which is ideal if your not looking to using facilities that other places offer like clubhouse ect
