work incomplete,pipes exposed etc,no food availabl

arrived .staff not sure what to do ?only been there for a day!!! was told that they would have to check if food was available;reason to use this facility was we were told that food was on your web site . room had boot marks all over floor of bathroom and boot marks in shower tray.desk drawer was not fixed so when pulled out it came off in my hand!!! no instructions on heating or towel rail. in the evening one bar was being worked on by a squad of guys,so had to use bar with pool table in ,there was some very strong language being used which was quite upsetting for females !!

Nice staff - below standard for the price

The bar staff ere very helpful and friendly but the pub was not a great environment for a single woman The bed was nice but the room futments very basic or broken and not cleaned to a good standard . There was nobody there in the morning to check out and no breakfast available . Quite noisy . Could easily be improved with some TLC but very over priced for what is essentially an outbuilding
