"When I checked in,it was early and they said room was clean and ready to check in aroubd 2, therefore, checked in. When opened the room, it was NOT clean,sheets were piked ontbe bad, garbage still in the room, it was NOT ready. Then, put me in a room that had NO privacy, windows facing the inside sitting and eating area, as i specifically requested privacy when i check in, this was unacceptable either. So, when got to the THIRD ROOM, there was NO instructions on how to even use the TV, the WiFi information was not correct on the information sheet provided at check in. When I called to ask, the staff made me feel stupid and little andbc of this, didn't even bring up thw WiFi as to not be belittled in their passive aggressive way. I have wanted to stay at this hotel for YEARS, finally had the opportunity, and was a complete and utter DISASTER. Will NEVER stay there again. Should have stayed at a different property."
