"Hotel was lovely modern but with an old school twist. Pianist in the bar, silverware on the breakfast tables and impeccable service by the wonderful staff. Enjoyed our stay, lovely waterfront position. Great food in the river Grille and fabulous cocktails on Ricks. "

"The staff really made this stay special… particularly the restaurant staff. We arrived and had no trouble parking - I think if busier it could be an issue. The check in was smooth and the receptionist were really helpful. The room was lovely - the hotel and the grounds are stunning. Food was exceptional as was the service. Will definitely look to stay again! "

"Very clean hotel in a lovely location, however the noise just after arrival from the function room on the same floor was off the scale, we stayed for 2 nights and on Easter Sunday we were woken at 8.40am with the same noise from the function rooms I believe a wedding was on. I emailed reception but as yet still not had an answer as to why the volume needed to be so loud the room was vibrating so that along with the £38 car park charge has left us not wanting to come back ever again."
