"The room was finished to a very high standard. Servicing the room was often late into the afternoon. The roof top Moon Bar can get very busy so if you intend to eat book. Breakfast was totally brilliant. Staff mixed some were exceptionally friendly and helpful the short night porter was the one exception rather rude to hotel staff and residents."

They truly went out of their way to accommodate our needs and make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed. Between the amazing location and the outstanding service, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
