"Clean room, bed was comfortable. Body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided, The free continental breakfast was from 7am till 9:30am, check out was at 12pm, location was good, about 15 minutes from the airport. There is no walking distance stores to do shopping, there is fast food restaurants across from the hotel. No shuttle bus service from or to airport. Parking is not free, I believe I was told they would deduct $10 per day from the deposit. Parking is in a secure garage shared with two other neighbouring hotels. There’s no in room safe box, small fridge and microwave in room and hair dryer too. I would stay again in this Holiday Inn Express Hawthorn Blvd. hotel. "

Staff was nice respectful the night guy and the morning girl amenities good The hotel itself was clean pool was clean great location there was a Jack in the box a wings stop liquor store dollar tree McDonald’s and more walking distance Thank you I would stay there again."
