Hotel Le Cloitre St Louis

"This is a beautiful hotel inside the old town built inside an ancient monastery. It is close to everything in Avignon. We had a room in the old part which was wonderful. However in the summer heat the AC couldnât quite cope with the temperature so it was hot. A small quibble but if we were to return it would need to be at a cooler time."

"This is a great choice for visiting Avignon. It is right across from the walled city and itâs super easy to walk to restaurants, coffee and the main sites. Itâs on a main road but the hotel is quiet. Itâs a modern hotel with great amenities - the pool and bar are cute, the restaurant is good (Cesar salad with chicken was nice), and the rooms are clean. The air conditioning works well - itâs up to American standards, which is great when itâs hot. Incredibly helpful staff! We had a few issues in Avignon and they were so helpful and kind with things like helping us place local calls and change reservations, a very late check out, etc. Great English skills but they will let you practice your French if you want. Honestly, you wonât regret choosing this."

"Väldigt bra hotell nära stationen. Inte heller lüngt att gü in till alla sevärdheter i Avignon. Mysigt med poolen pü taket. Det var varmt ute, men rummen hade AC. Stora, fina och charmiga rum."
