"The staff are always wonderful. Itโs very clean but the bike in the fitness room doesnโt work and they only have extremely heavy dumbbells 40 50,60 pounds. They need to get some lighter ones like 10-15"

"This hotel has great amenities like a kitchenette in the suite, a hydrotherapy spa circuit, a lap swimming pool and hot tubs as well as activities like kayaking, paddle boarding, and golfing. The restaurant is very good. Don't expect helpful staff. There are a lot of unwritten regulations and reservations required to enjoy the amenities. Book the spa, pool, and activities as soon as you arrive or you miss out."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we were able to upgrade our room. The extra bed was only $40 and was absolutely worth it. We also used the barbecue and called ahead to make sure it was working. Even though it was a rainy day, everything worked perfectly! The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the location was so close to Wasaga Beach, which was a huge plus. A special thank you to Rina and Raj for their kindness, great communication, and for even providing us with ice when we needed it. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were very happy with our experience and will definitely come back. Such a well-maintained place with wonderful people running it. Thank you so much!"
