Driving in France on holiday from the UK. Great position near the centre of Colmar. Large room with all the facilities. Good breakfast and options if you prefer to eat in your room. This was the first time we have used Novotel Suites. I was impressed.

Hotel is in good location; lovely welcome gift of gingerbread for adults and toys for the kids; very helpful front desk; kids eat breakfast for free; free filtered water in reception area; walking distance to main sites; and comfortable waiting area and kids play area.

Close walk to the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I would stay there again.

Thank you very much for taking the time to give us your comments following your stay. We do not understand your message, your room 201 is like all the rooms in the hotel: Shower AND bathtub in the bathroom, separate WC. You have 2 large towels and 2 small towels per person, located in the bedroom cabinet. On the other hand, in no description of our hotel does it say that we provide shower caps or hand creams, you cannot give us a bad rating for that, you knew that before coming. Our team is present 24 hours a day, you can ask them any questions if you have any doubts.

overall solid property. Gym was lacking - almost no weight lifting equipment. Air conditioning was also not modulating temperature well. Other than that, rooms were fine and service was solid.

We had a great stay at the Novatel. Our room had lots of space and was conveniently arranged The staff was excellent. The hotel was only a five minute walk from the old part of Colmar so we were able to go back and forth several times during out trip very easily.

Great family room with our 9 & 5 year old. Very clean, comfy beds and a great breakfast provided. Literally 5 minutes walk and your in the old town of Colmar. Parking in underground park king was easy and efficient.

We spent a week in this hotel. We have nothing bad to say. Starting of the lication. The rooms, the breakfast buffe and the staff. Highly recommend it.

Great hotel choice in Colmar
Beautiful hotel in Colmar. Large, spacious and comfortable room. Staff was very friendly. They offer parking (for a reasonable fee) whish was very helpful. The location is great - just a 5 minute walk from Petite Venice. Overall we were very happy with the hotel.

Novotel colmar was amazing. Location is 5 min walk to little venice. we stayed at the superior queen room by winter time and pleased by the Christmas decorations at the hotel. Great breakfast with many options. Comfortable clean and quiet room (even though our room was in front of the elevator) with coffee/tea, hair dryer and more. Friendly stuff. Thank you!

Ok hotel, nice location but a bit dated
The room is nice but the carpet was dirty, I'm sure they cleaned it but there were some major discoloration. In addition, the sink is very shallow, making hand washing rather difficult.

This was the best Novotel hotel I stayed in so far. The room was large: managed to host 2 Adults, a teenager and a 11 year old in the sofa double bed that was made up for us before we came and the queen bed in the room. Came with a. Fridge and a microwave oven, a coffee maker and kettle. The WC room had its own sink. There was a another sink in the room. Came with a separate bathe and no another standing shower. Breakfast was great with a nice spread.

Good and near the centre
Excellent hotel, located very close to the center. We got a spacious suite with a great bathroom, separate toilet. The breakfast is rich and varied and the hotel staff is courteous and professional. Just one comment - exiting the parking lot is very problematic, on a very steep and narrow road.

Highly recommend Novotel Colmar Centre
Large and very comfortable room. Modern hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very close to Little Venice. We stayed there last year and found the same quality of service and comfort.

Nice big comfortable rooms, staff less than helpful, which was surprising for a Novotel and for the price. While close to town, the area around the hotel seemed a bit sketch. Know going in that that they don’t have a restaurant, which depending on when you go means it could be difficult to eat dinner so make sure to book reservations to avoid seeing “full” signs in restaurant windows.

My room needed updating. Bathtub was chipped, carpet had stains and a mat with worn down edges. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great.

On the other hand, I find your rating of 3 a bit harsh. indeed, there is 1 impact on the bathtub and some stains that we cannot remove on the carpet, even if we have used a special cleaning machine. But you forget to mention the large spacious shower, the coffee machine, microwave, separate toilet, huge TV, sofa... Your Sincerely.

Location 3 minutes from center, comfort bed, friendly staff, breakfast very good (although I would add more salad..) , great Patisserie down the hotel as alternative for breakfast, the shower sream was not strong this would be a good opportunity for improvement 🙂, but overall very satisfied.

The hotel was excellent with good amenities and well appointed room. The location was a short walk from the town centre. Parking was reasonably priced, Breakfast satisfied all requirements and was copiousness excellent breakfast.

For £100/per night for a 4 person room, I thought this was outstanding quality. The hotel is modern, clean with lots of amenities - room had a sink/tap, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, safe and a huge smart tv that we could stream the kids movies to. Staff were great, location is excellent, secure parking on site, very happy.

Great location, especially by car.
Excellent location if travelling by car, only about two/three minute walk to the Petite Venice bridge. Clean and spacious room. Good parking in the basement of the hotel (need to pre-book).

Absolut top, freundlich und sauber!
Bei diesem Hotel gibt es für das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis absolut gar nichts zu beanstanden, ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeption, Hotel und Zimmer top sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück ebenfalls sehr gut, tolle Auswahl und Qualität. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch perfekt, ganz nahe von Altstadt und Geschäften. Klar, wer Charme und Ambiente sucht, ist bei Novotels vielleicht nicht restlos glücklich - es ist eher modern und etwas unpersönlich eingerichtet (z.B. die Bar im Eingangsbereich), aber je nach Reiseart spielt das keine Rolle. Für mich sind v.a. Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und bequeme Betten wichtig - möchte ich einen Romantikurlaub genießen, dann buche ich auch nicht Novotel. Danke dem gesamten Team in Colmar für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Pleasant stay at Novotel Colmar
The hotel is very well located with walking distance to town, quiet area & easy to access by car. The room is quite big & comfortable. They have small gym room & sauna as well. Breakfast has many choices. Overall are good. I recommend this hotel for Colmar trip!!
