"Great time in the secluded Domaine de l'Adoux for a birthday weekend. Besides the fact that the whole Montclar area won our hearts as we cycled through it, we have to commend the friendliness of the owners, the top-grade food served for dinner, and the delightful chalet-style setting. "It was really expensive for what was offered. The dinning was highly expensive. For breakfast, which was some kind of buffet, the last days they didn’t even make an effort adding more of what was already taken. They simply put what was left of the other days. "

"So the double rooms have three beds in them, and the triple rooms also have three beds in them… there is no difference between them besides the cost. The lad on reception has no clue about anything. On the first day we asked about rental shops for skis and they said they’re nothing in Saint Etienne, only to find one right by the ski lift! I extended our stay by 1 night and annoyingly had to change rooms after the first night. Our first room was alright, they were rationing the toilet paper...
