"It was a nice hotel. Rooms are very spacious. The A/C could use some help. Our room was very warm and the A/C didn’t seem to work very well. Otherwise nice hotel."
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Minneapolis West, MN
2/10 Terrible
"I want to start off by saying the staff was great. Our cable box wasn’t working and he was able to get a new one and replace it quickly. The downside and big negative. The fire alarm went of for so long (no fire) and then would go off randomly throughout the night. SO ANNOYING. I understand if that was out of their control by it was beyond frustrating trying to get sleep."
"Hard to remember a more poorly kept motel room in our 65 years of travel. 1. While turning on the sink water the handle came off in my hand with only hot water flowing. (Ever brush your teeth with hot water?) 2. Only 1 of the 2 lamps by the beds worked. 3. I tried to use the phone for help....it did not work. Turned out some one had pulled the plug. 4. Some time during the night the switch changing my hearing aids stopped working. Only things working well were the beds & the AC. Are not cleaning people supposed to check all things? We'll never go back?"
"My family Had 2nd floor room. Not enough towels. One stained towel. And a sticky floor near the bed side table. Fridge was not so cold for our drinks. The shower was clogged when showering. The pool was not very clean. Water was not clear at all dirty looking water. Had some paper and hair everywhere in the pool. Small pool and hot tub. Very humid in the pool area. Hard to breath in there. The hallways smelled horrible like trash. Beds were clean with clean lenin sets and comfy pillows. Thank goodness for that or I would not have stayed the 1 night I needed there. Staff was friendly and the Breakfast was decent. Stick to the waffles. Its what was best. Other items were kept full too. So the kitchen guys was doing great on keeping up with the food and coffee. But I would probably not return to this place."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and the overall stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good as well. I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again"
