Don’t listen to the bad reviews, me and my girlfriend had a great stay at this apartment! Location wise it’s excellent - it’s right next to the train station and it only takes 5 minutes to get to the main square. In terms of amenities etc, it has everything you need and the communication in terms of sorting the keys etc was really easy - would happily stay here again!

Struttura facilmente raggiungibile con la metro e vicino alla Lanxess Arena. È un condominio con tanti appartamenti per niente organizzato e privo di qualsiasi comunicazione. Soggiorno privo di comodità e inoltre c’era l’imbarazzo di dover entrare nel condominio ed essere osservati da tutti gli abitanti. L’appartamento che avevamo prenotato penso sia stato subaffittato perché c’era il nome di un’altra persona sul citofono e inoltre non ci hanno fatto il check-in con i documenti ecc. Sconsigliato

die wohnung befindet sich in einem wohnblock mit 260 wohnungen. von aussen schrecklich anzusehen und von innen auch eher renovationsbedürftig. die matratzen durchgelegen. für uns nicht aushaltbar.wir hielten es nur 1 nacht aus. kulanterweise wurde uns, eine nacht geschenkt. war trotzdem ein zu hoher preis für die wohnung.
