"Very disappointed with this hotel. Rude unhelpful staff. “S.P.A.” hotel yet you have to pay 35€ per person to use the pool. There is a kitchenette in your room but you’re not allowed to use it. There aren’t even glasses to drink out of. Our balcony was completely flooded we reported it on day one and no one came to fix it. There is a kids club but they just put on movies and feed the kids cake. Would not recommend at all"

"This is a very old, but quaint property. The room was large and the en suite bathroom was also large. We arrived just after a snow storm. The village and surrounding area was beautiful. The house was almost as warm as te welcome and friendliness of Mario the owner. "

"Only in LUCCA for 2 days but location of property was convenient to walking to Historic Center in Lacca and to local restaurants. Gusto Mea was a wonderful place for dinner. "
