"The pictures posted are deceiving. They showed actual beds and we found an old sofa bed, extremely uncomfortable. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked about the bed. She basically stated I could leave if not happy. They had my money already. Bad mouthed Expedia as well, ..."
