"Our first impression was how well maintained the grounds were as you were preparing Christmas Decorations. When we entered the lobby to check in we were impressed with the cleanliness and the decor. The staff at the check-in counter were very cordial and helpful not only for us but we observed good interactions with other guests checking in and having questions. Our room was clean and well stocked with amenities. We also found the beds to comfortable. The one nuisance was a load tv from the next room, but they turned it off in the evening. We arrived at the Breakfast Area early and found everything well stocked, and the buffet food that was supposed to be hot, was. While we did not utilize the omelet station we were made aware of it as we entered. My only complaint as a dedicated coffee drinker is that the coffee was very weak. I almost drank tea instead!"
